Oh Canada! The people at this race continue to restore my faith in humanity. Also, the track improvements are solid except WHY is the media center on the outside of the track near nothing? I get that you didn’t want to build two new buildings (no I don’t) but the media center needs to be near where things like racing and cars are happening….oh well, it’s much nicer than the old one that was in pit lane. Thanks I guess.
Last year, it really rained at MOSPORT, sorry, Canada Tire Motorsports Park. This time it was mainly dry which was a welcome relief from what seemed like wet weekend after wet weekend. It’s rained so many times during race weekend this year that I expect that my 2015 rollup gallery will have mostly wet shots in it.
While fun, the drive up to Canada is always more expensive, so I had picked up as much work as I could for this weekend and between the support races and the main event, I didn’t shoot too many images that weren’t client related. I have added some of them along with some of my favorite client shots below. You can see the highlights gallery for the SportsCar Grand Prix and as always check out everything at Darren Pierson.com
